Pressing [Try Again] and F1 does absolutely nothing. Uninstalling and reinstalling also fails to fix this issue. I've restarted as well, and that doesn't help.

H1-WI on the Surface Book. Now after updating the firmware, the newest Windows update and a new Netflix app update, I get the same message, however, with H1-WF89 after "Please try again. My "friendly neighbor Hugo" at Netflix customer support said after I described my problem "Got it, I already know what is going on and how to fix it.

I can only say that Netflix support was worthless. I'm pretty sure it was by doing a complete uninstall of the app, resetting the Windows Store and then reinstalling the app. In reply to Hankerin's post on February 13, In reply to LJMendelson's post on January 29, I can't even log in to do any of this.
